First off, I'm thankful for the same day emergency appointment due to some horrible overnight teeth pain. They were very responsive and got me in that morning. Second, their bedside manner is just absolutely amazing. I have really bad anxiety about the dentist due to my financial status growing up and couldn't afford any treatment until my 30's. The staff was very non-judgemental, very assuring, and explained all options to me with no pressure to take on the more expensive option. They really wanted what was best for me. I had two teeth removed with nitrous oxide. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable in each and every step: from the gas, to the lidocaine gel applying and the administering of the shots. Dr. Sam made sure I was completely numb and then he went to work. When I say he went to work, he was like a NASCAR pit crew rolled up into one guy with the precision of an artisan. Before I even knew it, both teeth were extracted and he was all done - making sure I was great before sending me home. I think I might have been there for about 2.5 hours, quicker than some primary care doctors or specialists and yet I didn't suffer through any of it. I am extremely happy and appreciative of Dr. Sam and the staff here. They have certainly earned a returning patient.

From the front desk to the assistants in the back and even the billing department, every single person has been kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. The entire team has excellent bedside manner and made me feel comfortable through every step. The office is extremely clean, welcoming, and truly anxiety-friendly, which made a huge difference for me. Dr. Sam has been amazing so gentle, sweet, and thoughtful. I was sedated for my dental work and they made sure I was completely comfortable before, during, and after. I’m entering the final stage of getting my full permanent implant, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything has gone. They were also incredibly helpful with payment and billing questions, and really worked with me to make things manageable. This office has officially won me over for all future dental care. I’m so grateful I found them and would highly recommend them to anyone considering dental implants!
