    I dont write reviews. Im just pissed because I took time off work and they wouldn't take my Insurance " vsp". I just wanted to replace my lost glasses. The guys last night insisted that I do the eye exam so they scheduled me for today at 3. The young girl stated that my vsp Insurance was not in there network. I was going to pay cash. I didn't even want to run my Insurance. So if you are a city employee. Dont waste your time. They dont take our Insurance

    My glasses broke and I needed new ones ASAP. They were able to get me in and get new glasses all in like 2 hours. They were all super nice and made everything really easy and stress free. I went back in the next day to get some adjustments made that I didn’t notice were needed at first and they made them with no problem at all. Was pretty cheap too, everything came out to under $170 with no insurance.

    I'm appreciative of the customer service and the glasses but do not like the website did not honor Tricare west as insurance. There needs to be an update or an easier way to identify before hand as the website indicated that insurance was accepted
