  I appreciate how quickly I was able to get in for an appointment. They were advertising a great deal that was hard to pass up, even though the deal was 2 pairs for $79 I ended up spending $129 for upgrades . No big deal i needed replacement glasses. However my only issue with the glasses is I paid for anti glare even with clean glasses there’s still glare. In turn I should have just paid the $79 as I feel the upgrade was pointless.

  Worst experience I’ve ever had. Also the most unpleasant exam ive ever had. Came here for contacts because I was out and desperately needed some and left with nothing … wasted my time and gas to come here only to be told no and left empty handed … very dissapointing …

  Don’t go here! Couldn’t get my prescription right after taking two eye exams! Got contacts from them and was told I had 60 days to return if they don’t work out! Ordered glasses with the prescription they gave me and couldn’t use the glasses because the prescription was wrong ! Wasted $200 plus on contacts that I can’t even use ! Terrible experience!

  I went in for an eye exam on 9/13 because I wanted to try a different place than I usually go and this place has a bunch of ads in their windows that are like "two pairs of glasses and your eye exam $79" and that they're one of those same day places so I think sure I'll try this place out. The eye exam takes forever because they're really behind on their appointments which like fine, I had to reschedule another doctor's appointment so I could still do that one later but it's fine, eye exam is done, I already picked out a couple frames while I was waiting all I gotta do is work out the prescription details and pay, no problem. I was pretty sure the two frames I picked were gonna be more expensive than advertised based on the colors of their tags compared to the chart on the wall but they should have fallen into the BOGO category so I wasn't pressed about it. Except not only was one pair of frames more than advertised on the chart, the other one didn't apply to the BOGO and my insurance apparently covers way less at this place than the one I usually go to so fine, I pay too much for both the eye exam (which again was more expensive because my insurance didn't cover as much) and one pair of glasses instead of two. And then they tell me it'll be 7-10 days before I get my glasses and I'll get a notification about it when they arrive. So at this point I'm going to miss my other doctor's appointment so I have to reschedule that AGAIN. I go back this Tuesday, 9/23 (which would have been 10 days) after trying to call first and literally being hung up on my their customer service reps (but before that the robot voice told me they'd been delivered 3 days prior). But when I get in there the guy looks up my info, tells me they shipped on the 15th and were still in transit but should be expected either later that day or the next day for sure. So I've now waited two days past that, went back in today (9/25) to ask about it and the woman who helps me tells me that actually they're still undergoing quality control in the lab, and it takes 10-15 business days to be here, so I probably won't see them until next week. So I just said okay and left and went back to the old place I usually go to and got a pair within half an hour because I NEED TO SEE while I wait for the first pair to come in. Once they finally release my glasses to me I'm NOT coming back.
