I was scared to go back to physical therapy because the injury I have happened at a different physical therapy facility after having surgery for a herniated disc. But the dry needling has helped a lot as well as the manual stretching and the exercises that I’m able to do at this point. He’s also been really great working with me and my insurance. He continued treating me through figuring out payment from my insurance.
