I had such an amazing experience at this office! Dr. Berry was absolutely incredible — so personable, comforting, and professional. He made me feel completely at ease the entire time, and his bedside manner is truly unmatched. I was also so impressed by the way he spoke to and treated his nurses. You can tell he values his team, and it shows in how smoothly everything goes.
Nurses Brigette and Jazell were just as wonderful. They were so sweet, calming, and attentive, and they made the whole experience even better. I genuinely felt cared for from start to finish.
I couldn’t recommend this office more. Thank you all for such a positive experience!

I had an amazing experience at AirSculpt. My nurse Bridget is the kindest soul alive and made me feel so comfortable from the second I got there. Dr. Berry was fantastic and kept me informed the entire procedure. He even texted me that afternoon with post opp instructions so I wouldn’t forget. The procedure was a breeze and the recovery was not bad at all. From the original consultation all the way to post opp appointments, their staff is top notch! I could not recommend them more. Thank you AirSculpt KC Staff!

Fantastic staff, Wonderful Surgeon, and an all around great facility. Dr. Barry is an incredible surgeon, Bridget is a wonderful nurse, both whom truly care about you as a person and your results. I cant thank them enough for everything they've done. No short cuts, no "in and out the door" attitudes, just pure love and care from these people. Will be coming back for future procedures.
Frequently Asked Questions About AirSculpt - Kansas City
What is AirSculpt®?
AirSculpt® is a patented, minimally invasive fat removal procedure that eliminates fat cell by cell through a small entry point—without scalpels or stitches. It also tightens the skin, offering smooth, natural-looking results for those seeking body contouring in Kansas City.
Is AirSculpt® invasive?
AirSculpt® is minimally invasive. It does not require general anesthesia, and most patients are awake throughout the procedure. With a short recovery time—typically 24 to 48 hours—it’s ideal for individuals seeking safe and efficient body sculpting in Kansas City.
Am I a good candidate for AirSculpt®?
If you’re over 18 and have stubborn fat that doesn’t respond to diet and exercise, you may be a strong candidate. AirSculpt® is frequently chosen by those looking for a mommy makeover in Kansas City or anyone interested in precision fat removal and reshaping.
How is AirSculpt® different from traditional liposuction?
AirSculpt® is more targeted, doesn’t require general anesthesia, and causes less trauma to the body. For those exploring body sculpting in Kansas City, it offers smoother results, faster healing, and a safer experience overall.
How many AirSculpt® treatments are needed per area?
Only one session is typically needed. The fat is permanently removed, and many Kansas City body contouring patients choose to treat multiple areas in a single visit for comprehensive results.
How long is the downtime or recovery?
Recovery is minimal—most patients return to regular activities in just 1–2 days. A compression garment is worn for about two weeks to support healing and shape retention, making it manageable for a busy lifestyle.
How much does AirSculpt® cost?
Pricing depends on the area treated and the volume of fat removed. Whether you’re planning a full mommy makeover or just targeting one zone, your consultation will include a personalized quote.
Can I use someone else’s fat for a fat transfer?
No. Only your own fat can be used. This is important for patients considering fat transfer procedures as part of a Kansas City mommy makeover, such as breast or hip enhancement.
How long do I wear a compression garment after fat transfer?
You’ll wear the garment continuously for the first 48 hours and then daily for two weeks. This supports healing and shaping, especially after body contouring in Kansas City, which includes fat transfer.
What’s included in Full Abdominal AirSculpt®?
This treatment includes the upper and lower abdomen, waist, and love handles. It’s commonly performed as part of a mommy makeover that patients choose for post-pregnancy body restoration.
Can I treat just one area?
Yes. You can focus on a single area such as the arms, thighs, or chin—or combine areas for a more dramatic result with your customized Kansas City body sculpting plan.
Can I lose my double chin completely?
Many patients experience full or significant reduction of their double chin. It’s a popular option for those seeking facial contouring in Kansas City without general anesthesia.
How bad is bruising after a chin procedure?
Bruising is usually mild to moderate and fades within 1–2 weeks. You’ll receive full aftercare guidance to support a smooth recovery.
How long does a chin procedure take?
Chin AirSculpt® generally takes just 20–40 minutes and requires minimal downtime—great for patients looking for fast, subtle enhancement.
Do you treat areas above the chin (cheeks, eyelids, etc.)?
AirSculpt® fat removal focuses only on the submental (under-chin) area. AirSculpt Lift, our facial fat transfer treatment, can rejuvenate these areas except the eyelids.
What does Chin AirSculpt® feel like?
Patients describe it as a light vibration, similar to an electric toothbrush. The procedure is well tolerated and requires no general anesthesia.
Can older adults get AirSculpt®?
Yes. There are no age restrictions. Many older Kansas City body sculpting patients choose AirSculpt® to refine their arms, abdomen, or neck area without invasive surgery.
How long should I wait to get AirSculpt® after childbirth?
You should wait at least 3 months after vaginal delivery and 6 months after a C-section—especially if undergoing a mommy makeover in Kansas City that includes abdominal or fat transfer procedures.
When should I stop breastfeeding before my procedure?
You may continue breastfeeding until the day of your procedure, but you must pause afterward until your surgeon clears you to resume.
What part of the arms are treated with AirSculpt®?
AirSculpt® treats the full upper arm—from the elbow to the armpit—including underarm and bra roll fat. It’s a favorite among Kansas City body sculpting patients seeking sleeker, more toned arms.
Is there enough fat in the arms for a transfer?
The arms may contain enough fat for small transfers (such as to the hands), but usually not enough for larger areas. Your provider will evaluate this during the consultation.
How much fat can be removed from the arms?
It varies by individual. During your Kansas City body contouring consultation, your provider will determine how much can safely be removed to achieve your goals.
Does AirSculpt® tighten skin?
Yes. Skin is naturally tightened as fat is removed. For more significant tightening needs, AirTite—a radio-frequency skin tightening treatment—may be added to your procedure.
How soon will I see results?
Results are visible immediately and continue to improve for 3 to 6 months. Many Kansas City body contouring patients seek AirSculpt® to prepare for weddings, vacations, or life milestones.
Can AirSculpt® fix previous liposuction procedures?
Yes. AirSculpt® is often used to correct asymmetries or irregularities from prior liposuction procedures. It’s a popular option for Kansas City body sculpting patients seeking smoother, more refined results.
