We are cash only which just means that we do not bill to insurance. If you have HSA or FSA funds we can take that as a form of payment. You may also contact your insurance company and see if they will reimburse you for the services. If they do, we can provide you with a receipt to submit your claim to the insurance company.
What are your business hours?
We are currently open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8am-5pm. We do close the office from 12pm-1pm for lunch.
Do I need to fast before my free testosterone test and consultation?
It is not necessary to fast; however, we will be performing a blood draw, so it is very important to be hydrated. Please drink plenty of water before your appointment.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. Gameday does not require long term contracts. You can stop services at any time.
Do you accept insurance for payment?
We operate on a cash-only basis and do not bill insurance. However, you may use HSA or FSA funds for payment. We can provide receipts if your insurance reimburses for our services.
What are your current business hours?
We are open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a lunch break from 12 PM to 1 PM. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
