Matt is a very knowledgeable trainer and is passionate about fitness. Working with him has boosted my self-confidence and has jump started my fitness journey. The owner is very responsive to any questions and has checked in with me a few times to make sure I'm good. I really appreciate y'all!

Clean installation, new equipment, awesome lighting, and great environment This gym has everything you need, from your powerlift, crossfit or olympian box, to your bodybuilder/lifestyle equipment. This definitely was well thought!. And listen, I’ve seen gym owners, never met them, Jason Witt himself came in the morning and said Hi to everyone personally. They also have training sessions available! They have weekly or day passes for those who are here on business, and monthly plans for locals Great Gym!, Great Gym, Awesome gym!

- JGJoshua GambhirOct 6, 20255.0I came from Body Shop Gym (across the street) which is a more expensive membership and much smaller. I LOVE this gym and enjoy it much more. I’ll list a couple reasons why I like it more. -Great equipment, most of it is Atlantis or Prime (both very reputable brands, think of Rolls Royce of gym equipment). -Not very busy at all. -Very clean. -Nice posing room too with great lighting (if you’re into that). -I personally don’t use their trainers but they seem welcoming and friendly when talking to other gym goers. -Quite a few different options of machines for the same movements ie. Converging chest press, Leg extension, Shoulder press, Rows (narrow or wide grip) Overall great gym and great color choices (mostly black and red)

They took my money and never provided the service or refund my money. The reviews are fake and written by friends or the owner to hide what they did. Notice how most were put in 2 to 3 months ago. It is when this incident happened. They have been reported to BBB and KCTV 5. Horrible professionalism. Do not trust this company for show prep or any other service. The fact that I had to give one star to make this post is worst. They are a zero! They will not get away with what they did.
