At YogaSix, we're all about a full sensory yoga experience that is accessible to all. Each of the yoga classes we offer at YogaSix has a specific focus including: strength, agility, flexibility, balance, relaxation and overall wellness. Our classes are energizing, empowering, and fun! We deliver life-enhancing benefits through our six core classes: Y6 101, Y6 Restore, Y6 Slow Flow, Y6 Hot, Y6 Power, and Y6 Sculpt & Flow. We are located at 151st Street and Black Bob Road near Starbucks, Massage Envy, FedEx Office and Jersey Mike’s. Our studio is just down the street from Black Bob Park and Heritage Park.

Everyone is super friendly, the space is modern, clean, regularly sanitized and always cozy warm. The classes offer a great variety for any skill level and the need you have at the moment. Whether it's to restore and rejuvenate, challenge yourself with a more intense workout, or simply enjoy a slow flow - there is something for everyone. The LED lights bring a cool vibe inside the studio and I especially love the ice cold lavender infused towel they treat you with at the end - a perfect and refreshing finish to the class. There's lots of great yoga merch for sale in the store and every week there is a different and fun workshop you can participate in. Highly recommend this awesome Yoga Six studio and community!
