- PPPatJun 20, 20195.0I have a lift chair by Golden Technologies that screws and back broke on. I contacted Bernie who told me it could not be fixed. Bernie then said if we could find back it would be okay. Not only did Bernie go above and beyond by getting new back for old chair it is a perfect match. Golden Technologies also was above and beyond in their customer service. Both are superb companies , best people and I would use again anytime.
