Great service and great people, I can’t exactly remember the lady name who gave me my PAT test for Work, but she was great during my mouth run. She let me know without making me think I was failing that I needed to pick up the pace and run a little faster which helped me pass.

I would not recommend Eric Aspinwall. Doesn't really listen to you when you are talking with him. Tried to claim a horizontal meniscal tear was degenerative when im only 23. Had 2 other doctors, orthopedic specialist disagree with him. He doesn't care about workers comp patients.

The wait time was excessively long. I arrived for a fit test and was told to bring a mask—this requirement was not specified ahead of time, which is particularly strange given that this was for a fit test. For reasons that make no sense, no mask was provided on site.
The fit test itself was not performed properly. The technician skipped multiple required steps and even stated she could finish the test fast “as long as I didn’t say anything.” That comment alone is deeply concerning. While cutting corners may seem convenient, fit testing exists to protect people in public-facing and high-risk environments, and failing to follow protocol is unethical and unacceptable.
Following this, the mid-level provider who performed what can only be described as the worst physical exam I’ve ever experienced. The exam lasted approximately 10 seconds and consisted of going through the motions without any meaningful assessment. If there were an actual medical concern, I have no confidence it would have been identified or addressed.
Overall, this experience reflects poorly on the company and its providers. The lack of professionalism, disregard for proper procedures, and substandard clinical care are unacceptable.

I was pleasantly surprised, as most workman’s comp. Offices are not that nice to employees who get hurt n the job, however this office’s personnel seemed to actually care about their patients and did everything they could to make me feel welcomed and to be confident they would do what’s best for me and not the company I work for. I would highly recommend this office to any company out there that wants quality health care for their employees!
