Then 30 minutes later they told me my urine order wouldn’t scan. I had to call the company & suddenly it worked. 1 hour & 30 minutes later I went back for my urine. Then they told me they didn’t have orders for my labs. Low & behold they figured that out then I finally went back for my labs. During my visit their manager got there & the 2 people at the front asked if she was there to help them & she said NO, did you forget I’m your manager. As a manager that was an immediate red flag to me— your exact role as a manager is to support & help your team. Not impressed. I finally left 2 hours later after what should have taken no longer than 15 minutes.

I cave back the next day with a scheduled appointment two hours in just to complete one part and i still waited over 2 hours. Employment places need to find someone else or let us use our own doctor’s office and they pay for it!

I eventually went up and asked politely what happened and they were super nice and realized the mistake and then sent me the online forms and I was able to fill it out within five minutes. The ladies were super nice and efficient. I gave a four star just because I had to unexpectedly wait, but that’s not necessarily their fault.
