I had LASIK on a Friday and by Saturday morning, I could see better than I could with my glasses. I didn’t experience any pain, only minor discomfort for a couple hours after the surgery. The Staff is amazing, caring, and very informative. The best part is that with the procedure, there are unlimited follow up visits if you should experience any difficulties. They don’t take your money and forget about you!

They will ask you many times over do you have any questions, I love that even though I never did because they explained everything before I even had a chance to think of that question! They share tips for comfort and truly want you to have a great experience. They do tell you what to expect in every step of the process sometimes a few times because it is a lot of information but needed so I appreciate the reminders! They really want this to be as pain free as possible so listen and heed what they say and it will be as pain free as possible! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE use your drops this is key for a pain free experience! I have had such an amazing experience that my husband is now saying he want his done by them. I would not be surprised if I don't hear my kids say they want it done too! I would love for them to have it done by this amazing team!!!

This time I had PRK at Lasik Plus the care team and eye doctor were great actually same guy who did lasik for me the first time. They were quick and each appointment they listened to me. I had zero nerves and the procedure was so easy. The aftercare instructions were very easy to understand. So glad to have come in for the revision on my eyes so I can continue enjoying life without glasses.

They're very clear about what they are doing during so you're not left in the dark or anything. Then you're out of there like nothing happened! Best thing I've done for myself in years.

Dr. Ellis has done over 75k, so to say he has had a lot of “practice” before you, is an understatement. I love the fact this is something he is constantly doing and not once in a blue moon. He’s a very competent expert and very approachable. I was worried about it being a chain. Do they have a very scheduled routine? Yes. (All the kinks worked out and minimal waiting.) However, the staff is amazing! From Kat at the front desk, who went over the directions thoroughly and helped ease my nerves. To Candice that did my initial evaluation and then kept me so calm during the operation (seriously she should make recordings for nervous situations). To Dr. Arens that acted like I could not bring enough questions his way and I asked a lot! And he answered all of the thoroughly. The people really make this place and they are fantastic!
