- KCKyleigh CalliesDec 19, 20253.0Overall my experience at the actual place was fantastic everyone was so kind and I think there in there right environment, however I got a medication abortion at 6 weeks and the one thing I wish to god someone would have told me was to sit up or squat, I was having the most terrible cramps way after the 1-4 hour period that’s typically the worst, like I thought I couldn’t do it type cramps but when I sat up and squatted all the everything just fell out of me and blood came a running (the way it’s supposed to) and shortly after my cramps got significantly better, now, I am a person who wears a tampon on my periods ever since I’ve had a period so maybe if you wear a pad you already knew that, if not walking around a bit, squatting and sitting on the toilet helps significantly with cramps.
