I always arrived early as requested and there is ONLY ONE dentist for all the clients per day. They have yet to credit my insurance so I can go elsewhere. Which they lied and told me they did it in October. No they cashed the check, but NEVER credited the money back to my dental insurance. I am beyond upset and cannot go further. Toothless for two years, who does this to their patients??

I have seen so many dentists in this area and by far this is the best. They are incredible and just interested into helping the patient resolve any issues they have. 5 starts in all!
- BBB BJul 25, 20251.0I had a scheduled appointment 2 hours later waiting nothing was done I worried the whole time as they the techs who ever they are huddled talking and more it was all the validation i needed to know i was in the wrong place the lady at the front desk was a bit of help so I thought the whole appointment was a ghetto and unprofessional waste of time a joke i was referred from another dentist office that was great but today could not go unnoticed I had to speak on this for the ones who may struggle to share what's not our fault if you don't mind uncertainties and just overall lack of communication and appearance of the people that will be doing work in your mouth which is sometimes uneasy This place for you. my family or I will never return I'm not one to complain but after signing forms that were scratched out about financial responsibilities that did it for me the tech was more worried about self being chewed out so she said because of questions i asked I was over it
