Cons- building smells like a musty old motel, with broken soap dispensers and rickety patient chairs to match. They also failed to inform me that they would not be doing a cleaning when I booked the appointment. When they told me there wouldn’t be a cleaning on the day of the appt and I asked why I was not informed when I booked the appointment they said the call center I scheduled it through sometimes fails to tell people that….. This obviously affects people on certain insurances that only have X amount of visits available per year. Take your business elsewhere unless you’re happy to pay for multiple visits to cover services that other dentists are able to complete in one trip.
