  Dr. Brown and Dr. Kress are so thorough and patient! Not only have I been going to their dentist office since I was a little girl, I now take my kiddos and believe it or not my daughter looks forward to going! She gets prizes when she’s done with her appointment so that’s a little plus for the kiddos. Their staff is exceptionally kind and welcoming. They’ve always taken good care of me and my family and I hands down recommend them to take care of you and your family as well! Oh and they have complimentary chapstick that smells really good too! 😁

  I WENT TO GET A CAVOTY REMOVED 2 AND A HALF YEARS AGO,DR. KRESS DRILLED 2 HOLES IN MY TOOTH,AND TOOK OUT PART OF MY JAW.I WAS IN THE CHAIR FOR 3 HOURS,DO NOT,I REPEAT,DO NOT GO TO THESE " SO CALLED DENTISTS".

  Ladies who work in this office are rude. Had an emergency that needed to be seen for was only office within 30 miles that accepted my insurance and they scheduled me 3 months out and stated guess you will have to call this emergency number if you need be seen sooner then 3 months later I gave over 48 hour notice of needing to reschedule due to another emergency appointment I had come up and she stated I would be put on just call and hope for the day you can get in after you were on a 3 months wait to start with insurance and dentists are a joke! Go to riverside in Columbus it's my dentist now thanks Dr kress to your office staff:) river side dental got me straight in was nice courteous helpful and saw me right away due to having a broken tooth office staff was courteous helpful NOTHING LIKE THIS OFFICE

  My husband and I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Kress and his staff. They all go out of their way too make us feel comfortable and in good hands!
