Would recommend

Once I was called back, they charted things that weren't done (like temperature). They didn't wash their hands either. In fact, the doctor came in with gloves on and didn't wash his hands before he touched me. He may have put them on just before he entered the room...or he may have just come from the bathroom. I have no idea which is why healthcare providers need to wash or sanitize in front of the patient. Every one was very nice that worked there

- BBBrian BiggsDec 11, 20251.0I went there for a pre employment drug screen and physical for a job i was hired onto when the physical was over i was told I would have to do a sleep apnea test . The test cost me 200 dollars . Then I was told I had to purchase a cpap machine which was another 800 dollars. I will not be eligible for a one year medical card for 4 months. Which means im unemployed and out 1,000 bucks and ineligible for driving jobs due to the fact im at high risk of snoring at night .If you are a commercial driver i would suggest avoiding concentra in southbend indiana for medical card upgrades.i went there with a valid 2 yr card and left unemployable and out 1000 bucks im not eligible for hire for 4 months because I might snore at night . I would suggest exploring other options for DOT physicals
