Dr. Reader and her staff were great. The wait time was very short. Dr. Reader was very nice and very professional. She took her time with me and explained everything about what she was doing and what her findings were about my condition. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a dermatologist.

I have been going here for years and never had a bad experience until today. I ran a bit late to my appointment due to rainy weather and traffic conditions and they made me reschedule for being just 10 minutes late. I have never heard of such a policy before. Especially since at most offices i go to the doctors are behind on their schedules anyway.
So the reschedule was already frustrating, but on top of that the staff member that checked me in was quite rude. She didn't greet me or act friendly when arrived. She took my name and then didn't say anything other than "actually we're gonna have you reschedule". When I was speaking to the scheduler I commented that "10 minutes is a pretty tight turn around." And the same girl walked over to tell me "10 minutes is the courtesy" in a very flippant way. No one showed any empathy or kindness. I was treated like a block on their schedule instead of a person.
I will not be returning.
