My shampoo, husband's deodorant, laundry soap were off limits until Tezspire. I thank Dr. Layous for that. Very appreciated!
- BMBen MatlockSep 28, 20251.0I went to Layous in 2020. I was tested for sleep apnea and confirmed I do have it. They ordered a CPAP for me and told me it would be in the following week. I was called the following week and told it would be another week. I was called that week then told it would be next month, but they would call if it was sooner. I never received another phone call from them. In 2023 I reached out to them because I was having issues sleeping again. They got me in and I explained the situation and I finally got my CPAP. They sent me to a place in Mokena to pick it up. Since then, I have never heard from Layous again. I recently received a call from a collections agency for a bill from Layous. I never received a bill from Layous but they sent a $150 bill to collections. I will never go there again. I am beyond annoyed with every experience I have had with that place.
