  Came here quite a few months ago but forgot to leave a review and felt it necessary to do. I was really nervous about coming here as the reviews weren't exactly glowing but I am so, so glad I did. I came here for an IUD insertion because my default doctor was wasting my time and having me jump through all these hoops and such. I'd heard at Planned Parenthood you could get an IUD inserted on the same day you came in and that was a rather enticing offer. So I gave it a shot and everyone was so kind!! I'm a generally anxious person and everyone was very patient, very kind, and answered any questions I had. I had the privelage of having the nurse practionier Candy to help me and she was AMAZING!!!!! She was extremely professional and knew exactly what she was doing which was very comforting. She was also very funny and reassuring which helped a lot when the pain of the procedure kicked in (it's an IUD insertion, it's gonna suck no matter what lol). She gives big mom vibes and I felt so taken care of and comfortable around her despite only knowing her for a short time. Overall very pleasant experience - everyone was super nice and informative, the secretary woman, the nurse who took my vitals, and Candy herself - all very lovely people. I have no idea what the other reviews are on about, maybe that was when they had different staff or something because my visit went very well. Also they didn't judge me at all on my choice in birth control which you'd think would be common, but my regular doctor definitely had some things to say! So that was very appreciated that they were respectful ♡

  Idk what everyone else leaving these reviews are on about?? Candy was one of the best doctors I've ever had and their phlebotomists are THE BEST. They're so understanding and take fantastic care of me, especially since I have a needle phobia. Check in may be a little awkward but where isn't it?? I love it here, don't let the bad reviews scare you lol

  The NP was amazing as well as the medical assistant who takes your blood pressure. I came in for a a small reason and was helped out in a big way.

  Thank goodness there is still a planned parenthood in Northern Indiana. They have been so helpful handling my needs.
