- SHSandy HoganMar 27, 20255.0We had several Hospice agencies working with out loved one. Traditions was wonderful. They listened and really cared. I would recommend them to anyone. The nursing home quit supporting them and I was very sad about that. That is a whole different issue. Even though they no longer received any referrals, they stayed with us and supported us until the end.

I work Healthcare so I seen a lot everyday and nothing I've ever experienced could have prepared me for the loss of my father. Heritage and their staff stayed with us from the beginning and beyond. I remember calling his hospice nurse at 2am just for a question, and not only did she answer my question she came over. She sat with my father and our family for hours, and even went through 70 years of pictures and newspaper articles. I've never seen any connection shown for a complete stranger more genuine in my life. The care my father was provided was love, respect and understanding. As I stated beyond, they showed up to her service and met the rest of our family and we still have contact to this day. I lost my father early March to a long battle of COPD and CHF. I THANK GOD for placing him in the hands of Heritage. Sincerely

My dad as well as me and my family could not have been in better hands. I got to know some of you quite well at Heritage and everyone that I personally dealt with could not have been nicer!
