The only reason I'm giving any stars is because the nurse practitioner was good and kind. The girl checking in did an awful job. Didn't even check in my id correctly, check for allergies, ect. I'm still sitting here an hour and a half later with a 3 year old because she didn't do her job and put my bdate in wrong. Even after I told her I'd been there several times, she didn't even clarify my date or prescriptions or anything. I just now left Kroger 2 hours later... Still not sure whether or not this appointment is going to get ran through insurance correctly. And the time I went before that, the lady checking me in insisted on doing a strep test. I told her I didn't have a sore throat and did not want a strep test. She said, will the nurse practitioner all get mad if I don't do it. I told her that was a you problem. They need to find better front desk help.

Pros and Cons just like any clinic. Pros: super easy to make an online appointment. Elizabeth the Physician Assistant and her nurse were great to work with & very thorough during the appointment for my 8yr old son. Cons: The check in process once we arrived was a hot mess. The kiosk asked for a QR code that I didn’t receive with my email confirmation. No one at the check in desk and the pharmacy tech was no help because that’s “not her department “. Finally the nurse came out to check people in. It seems it was just the nurse and PA at the clinic with no admin staff to help. We had an appt for 9:15am & didn’t get called back until 10am. Made wonder what’s the point of making an appt ? Overall a decent experience and I got what I wanted in the end, peace of mind that my little guy didn’t have anything serious going on, just the flu.

I was very disappointed in the service here. They took forever to give me my ID back while waiting in the waiting room. The nurse was rude and just didn’t seem to like her job. After using the restroom, I was walking back to the room I was in. I passed a room with the door open, and saw two employees sitting on their phones. One of them being the nurse who was taking forever even though there was no other patients there. I used to go here when I was a kid, and the service was never this bad. Such a shame it’s like this now.

I really didn’t believe it could be that bad. I was sure it was just that only the disgruntled customers were posting reviews. Wrong. It was that bad. Dr Renada Walton was not only rude but not sure she is competent enough to be diagnosing anything. She gave me two prescriptions. I declined one of them because it would have been counter productive to what the problem was. Also, she put something on my chart that she decided to “assume” rather than ask me about. Which if she had been professional I could have told her I already do what she stated. Bad Bad Bad. Won’t EVER use Kroger Clinic again!

I went there because my doctor wasn't open and I have to honestly say I was very impressed by how fast and nice they were. I definitely will keep them my 1st. Option when my regular doctor isn't available. And they didn't even make me go through tons of paperwork before hand which was greatly appreciated. Very convenient and very nice there.thanks ok I'm editing this review only because I just received a bill for services there ,I was told they accepted my insurance but apparently their price was so high above what my doctor's office charges I'm supposed to pay the rest out of pocket ,if I knew that before hand I would have not been seen there that day so my advice is wait it out unless you want to be billed for things you were told would be covered .too bad because I don't think I'd ever go back now. Very disssapointed they did that. Surprised no, but won't happen again! Kroger little clinic be honest with people please.
