The Little Clinic is located right inside your neighborhood grocery store. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals and much more! Plus, we are open 7 days a week and we take most insurance plans.
The only reason I'm giving any stars is because the nurse practitioner was good and kind. The girl checking in did an awful job. Didn't even check in my id correctly, check for allergies, ect. I'm still sitting here an hour and a half later with a 3 year old because she didn't do her job and put my bdate in wrong. Even after I told her I'd been there several times, she didn't even clarify my date or prescriptions or anything. I just now left Kroger 2 hours later... Still not sure whether or not this appointment is going to get ran through insurance correctly. And the time I went before that, the lady checking me in insisted on doing a strep test. I told her I didn't have a sore throat and did not want a strep test. She said, will the nurse practitioner all get mad if I don't do it. I told her that was a you problem. They need to find better front desk help.

Pros and Cons just like any clinic.
Pros: super easy to make an online appointment.
Elizabeth the Physician Assistant and her nurse were great to work with & very thorough during the appointment for my 8yr old son.
Cons: The check in process once we arrived was a hot mess. The kiosk asked for a QR code that I didn’t receive with my email confirmation. No one at the check in desk and the pharmacy tech was no help because that’s “not her department “. Finally the nurse came out to check people in. It seems it was just the nurse and PA at the clinic with no admin staff to help.
We had an appt for 9:15am & didn’t get called back until 10am. Made wonder what’s the point of making an appt ?
Overall a decent experience and I got what I wanted in the end, peace of mind that my little guy didn’t have anything serious going on, just the flu.

I was very disappointed in the service here. They took forever to give me my ID back while waiting in the waiting room. The nurse was rude and just didn’t seem to like her job. After using the restroom, I was walking back to the room I was in. I passed a room with the door open, and saw two employees sitting on their phones. One of them being the nurse who was taking forever even though there was no other patients there. I used to go here when I was a kid, and the service was never this bad. Such a shame it’s like this now.

I had an appointment recently for an earache. I couldn’t wait to see my PCP. I was able to easily schedule myself online and was taken in right away at my appointment time and barely had to wait to see the MA and PA. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. I appreciated that the PA talked me through each part of her exam and told me what I could expect. She made me feel comfortable and I had a very speedy recovery thanks to her! I will use this little clinic any time I have an urgent care need.

Really liked the nurse in the little clinic. The pharmacy though was different. While waiting on my medication I asked the woman at the desk if laryngitis was contagious because I had forgotten to ask the nurse about going back to work. She literally ran away from me and placed a chair in front of her while saying yes. Mind you there’s already a counter in between us. I just think if you work in a pharmacy next to the little clinic you should expect sick and contagious people. Made me feel like I was disgusting or something. She knows it was bad too because she even apologized for being weird but like come on lady.
