- AJAllisia JoyceFeb 11, 20201.0I went to Roberts for braces and hated the entire process. Overall, the staff is unprofessional and rude. Additionally to their customer service, the doctor gives you what is easiest for him and not best for you. They are understaffed and not up to date with new technology associated with braces. I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking an orthodontist.

I was skeptical at first since I was 38yrs old and I thought braces were something you got as a kid not an adult. I had always wanted straight teeth so I finally went ahead and did it. It was one of the best decisions I have made. I only had to have them on for about a year and a half. The time went by very quickly and before you know it I was getting them off. He was VERY GENTLE and always willing to accomodate me walking in the office at most any time. Super professional in his work and the price was very fair. He also continues to treat you AFTER you have them taken off. GREAT SERVICE to say the least. I'm so glad I did it and I'm very happy with my choice of Dr. Roberts as my orthodontist. The rest of the staff is awesome too! I highly recommend them if you want a beautiful smile! Thank you! Update: 12/10/17.... went back last week to have him look at my permanent retainer. He fixed it with no problems. Even all these years later my teeth look great and his customer service is still fantastic!
