- AJAllisia JoyceFeb 11, 20201.0I went to Roberts for braces and hated the entire process. Overall, the staff is unprofessional and rude. Additionally to their customer service, the doctor gives you what is easiest for him and not best for you. They are understaffed and not up to date with new technology associated with braces. I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking an orthodontist.
