Went to get STI testing and it was a fantastic experience! Very friendly staff and the tests were done quickly! For a first timer, would definitely recommend!

Don't go here or any Planned Parenthood for that matter. There are more affordable resources with more intelligent people. They will tell you to use your insurance but if the claim is denied they can't reprocess it as self pay based off your income. They lie to you and then their billing department will not work with you to get it corrected at all. The worst thing is they brought up and bring Politics as their reasoning for not being able to be a decent company. They can try until the day they die but they won't get one red cent out of me for their $500 bill that was given to me under false pretenses and by their negligence and ignorance of their own policies. The worst thing is I never saw a provider but I'm being charged $379 as if I was. Beware of this place and this brand. Go to open door or any other place, just don't go here!!

I feel more cared about as a person at this planned parenthood than any other doctors office in my entire life. I love that I can book an appt typically within 2-3 days, they have alot of availability. I love that my concerns are heard, taken seriously, and I always leave getting the care I need.
I have been going here for about 5 years for regular checkups as well as sti/ bv/yeast infection testing, as well as pap smears.
