I have saw employees come and go and never have I been mistreated by any of them. They have all been courteous, pleasant and accommodating.

My complaint is why every year in December it takes longer then the 2 week time frame you are given after you have paid in full that your glasses will be back and they are not. I went to order my glasses bringing my own frame on 12/05/25 now here it is 12/29/25 and I have no glasses and they have no clue why. Sir that is not sufficient answer for me. It’s not my care or fault the lab was off due to the holidays. I could have took my business elsewhere. Where are my glasses👀👀👀👀Trust I will never be back, nor will anyone in my immediate family. 🚫🚫🚫
