Being instructed by the nurse to “just fill as much as you can” for the drug screen sample, just to have the same nurse say right after “oh no this is not enough, it needs to be filled to this line on the cup” is unacceptable. Then waiting over 2 hours to be seen again with no apologies or remorse feels like a slap in the face because of so much time that was wasted. The doctors were the only professional individuals that are employed at Concentra Urgent Care. I do not recommend Concentra Urgent Care, located on 5603 West Raymond Street, to any employer for any medical needs. A 30 minute pre employment process turned into an almost 3 hour fiasco.
