    I show up having to pee for a random drug screen and not only do I wait 90 minutes to get called back they do a breath test before I could use restroom,absolutely trash to have someone waiting that long to use the restroom no excuses foe that at all

    My visit could have went just a little faster than what it did , was there for about hr and half , for drug and audio screening, never had a doctor visit that was a first which that's what took longest waiting on doctor , my opinion the process could have went faster , cause wasting my time is wasting money out of my pocket

    Thank you to the staff the were so friendly and nice. The young Lady Tink was very nice and respectful. Answered all of my question and make sure I understood everything clearly before leaving.

    I came in for a pre employment drug screen and non DOT physical. The ones working the check in desk acted like they had no clue what was going on. Then they said something amongst themselves about me having a DOT physical. I told them I don’t need a DOT medical card physical. I just need a normal physical. They kept going on about that’s not what it said. I didn’t say anything more even after I showed them in the paperwork. Then the one taking my vitals and drug screen urine acted like me being there was so inconvenient for her that day. Very rude. I will make sure my soon to be employer makes sure never to use the Raymond St branch of Concentra ever again. There are always issues at that location.
