    Went for a random drug screen and it was right before the clinic closed and had a little trouble urinating and the nurse gave me some water and I couldn't get the amount they needed and it was 1.5 hours after the clinic closed until I gave the sample they needed and they were very patient with the patient! Thank you Concentra you were wonderful.

    I went in there when it opened up. The ladies up front were helpful. I ended up forgetting my paperwork but they still did their best to get me through. I ended up having to go home and get my paperwork. I came back and had a little bit of a wait. The lady that took my test was bitter and had a poor attitude. I went in to take it and she overflowed one of my sample bottles to where it ran over the sides. Then on the second one it was barely short. Instead of pouring them right, she poured them in the sink and told me I had to wait in the lobby and try to provide another sample. I’m a union construction worker and I informed her I didn’t really have to go, but I would try. My average day im lucky to get a water bottle or two and a cup of coffee in me. I already missed a considerable amount of time at work that morning and it was a short week due to weather. With the holidays just around the corner I couldn’t afford to sit and play all day and had to leave and go back to work. I asked her if I could come back in the next day to take it when I had more time and she said if I couldn’t do it it would be a refusal, so that’s what had to happen.Happy holidays to everyone!
