The lady at the front desk was rude. She wouldn’t try to scan my barcode or type the numbers in. This was on December 3 2025. I don’t know what her problem was but she shouldn’t be working in a customer service position. I left that facility and went to another lab and had no issues. She obviously just didn’t want to do her job. Do yourselves a favor and let her go. No one deserves to be treated the way I was period.
