Why in the world is this sooooooooooooo freaking slow. Like come on. I hurt my shoulder and the dr. Ordered an x ray. It doesnt take long to get it done. Like i could have gone the er and they would be faster. They have zero commuication skill. You ask what kind of meds the person is on. And clearly they said anxiety meds. Setting in one room not good at all.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this urgent care and feel it’s important to share for other patients, especially those paying out of pocket.
I presented with a deep finger laceration. During my first visit, I was automatically charged $325 out of pocket for sutures, despite the fact that I did not receive stitches. Instead, the provider used skin glue and Steri-Strips. I later learned that I should have only been charged the visit fee, not a suturing charge. Had I not returned for a second visit, I would never have known I was significantly overcharged.
In addition, an antibiotic that was discussed was not sent after the first visit. I had to call the following night to request it. Less than 48 hours later, the glue came off and the wound reopened, requiring me to return.
During the second visit, I asked if I could receive sutures since that is what I had already paid for, but I was told it was no longer an option due to the time window. I was also informed that benzoin was not available, limiting their ability to properly reapply closure. I was told a manager would reach out to me regarding billing concerns, which I waited a week, but no one ever contacted me, despite my follow-up call requesting to speak with a manager.
The following day (about 12 hours after the second visit) the glue came off again and I ultimately had to seek care elsewhere to have the wound properly closed. As a nurse, I understand appropriate wound management, and this experience required two visits, an out-of-pocket charge for a service never performed, and still resulted in inadequate treatment.
This experience raises serious concerns about billing practices for self-pay patients, lack of follow-up, and availability of necessary supplies. I would not return to this urgent care and would caution others to carefully review their charges and treatment.

CDL physical, I’m 54, I’ve had my CDL since they came out 1992. I have no signs of sleep apnea, but I fit the criteria. Over weight and 19 inch neck. Even though I passed everything, low blood pressure, eye sight, bending and twisting, good hearing and I can read English. I have been set aside and forced to do a bunch of running around getting test that are unnecessary. The Doctor only approved my CDL for 3 months. It’s not right what you’re making me do. I work 60 hrs a week, I don’t have time for this. Did I mention I don’t drive for a living, I’m a service manager, I have it to test drive repaired trucks. Not happy getting my life turned upside down because you have a quota to make.

The lady at the front desk with the cute pixie cut. Should be more welcoming she is very rude, she makes you feel like you are a bother when asking general questions. Even when you are scheduled for an appointment be prepared to wait at least an hour and 30 minutes after said appointment time. Even when you are being professional to staff that doesn't work your question doesn't get answered your told to sit and wait until someone can get to you. My advice would be to work on decent courtesy, professionalism, time management more work can get done if you aren't spending most of your time on the clock speaking about personal conversations

I have very bad restless legs and most doctors are still ignorant about it. Restless legs are a real thing and doctors dismiss it as nothing because they dont know anything about it. Once I entered there were two people sitting in the lobby and a lady at the front desk and what looked like a nurse just stood there and stared at me and it was very awkward. She asked what was wrong and I told her I had very bad restless legs and could not sleep because of it, I even missed work today because of it, and she said what would you like us to do for you? I said Im hoping that theres possibly something the doctor could give me to help me get through tonight. She said hang on I need to speak with the doctor and stood there looking at me for a min, Then I said its not narcotics or anything, theres several different medications that can be given for restless legs. Then she turned and went back to talk to the doctor.I waited a couple of minutes and she came back and said the doctor couldnt do anything for me. The doctor refused to even see me. I would highly recommend finding somwhere else to go because I got the impression right away that she was assuming I was drug seeking. My fiance called them to ask why they couldnt help me and the lady in the front was very rude to her over the phone. She told my fiance that they are a very limited urgent care and they could not help me. Thos place is a joke. They will dismiss you if its something the doctor doesn't want to bother with.
