However, Dr. Raphael Villavicencio—I'm not sure if he's a doctor or a veterinarian—made me wait three hours for him to say just two words and nothing more. Honestly, not even a detailed explanation. In my opinion, this doctor shouldn't be working with you. The service was appalling. I hope you find a qualified professional so you don't make a misdiagnosis and then face a lawsuit for it. Again, I don't know if he saw me as a doctor or a veterinarian. But thankfully, I love to read, study, and research what I don't know.

They do their best to accommodate insurance matters. Dr. Villavicencio is great and very knowledgeable. Overall, it was a great experience.

Sat there for another hour listening to the employees discuss the audit that was taking place. Finally got to the back to take the drug test and the person spoke such poor English that I can’t believe she has a job. She is a Native English speaker. She was speaking to me in slang and doesn’t know how to speak properly. Very unprofessional across the board. I would never chose to visit this place. Only went there because that’s were my employer sent me.
