She’s a positive attribute to the community, and her entire team reflects that same level of care. Sam at the front desk is an amazing scheduler and feels like an old friend from the moment you meet her. Shelby, who handles billing and financials, is incredibly helpful and works diligently with insurance, making the process smooth. Every hygienist on staff is also wonderful and extremely supportive. Overall, Dr. Austgen is truly one of the best in the business, and I highly recommend her practice.
