The 1 star belongs to the woman who did my urine test. I waited an 45-an hour to be called to take the drop. Darn near peed myself waiting. Then they had me in the room for an hour before anyone came in to say anything to me. I had to come out of the room, interrupt the chatter of the aids and ask how much longer because I’ve been here since 12:33. At this point it’s 2:34. I was livid. Once the doctor came in she had an attitude as if I inconvenienced her. She snapped and said “Do you want the exam or not, I have a job to do.” Apparently, you and your staff are crappy at doing however I remained calm because I needed the exam for employment and people take advantage and show distain and disrespect knowing you can’t react because of it. No wonder signs were all over the lobby stating they won’t accept aggressive or disrespectful behavior. Take your own advice because you guys suck as a staff. You can’t choose where a common send you to take an exam but Lord forbid it if they send you to this hell hole. No lies told, trust this review. They suck.

I went in for a pre-employment physical and drug screen and was there for about 3 hours. Most of the 3 hours was spent just waiting because the Dr. spent about 10 minutes with me and the tech or nurse that took my blood and did my TB test I was with maybe 20 minutes. They could work on getting patients in and out a little faster.

She had a little more customer service attitude. But the lady who greated me to do the drug screening was absolutely fabulous. Very bubbly, friendly, announced her name, ask how was I doing today, explained the process. Remained totally professional the entire time. Again, she explained the process as we went through each step up until saying thank you for coming and have a great day! She was and is the real MVP! You should have 100 more like her. She gets the assignment of healthcare and how to interact with customers.
