- KTKiki TaylorNov 15, 20255.0I’ve been a loyal customer for years and i’ve always had a great experience. I’ve bought Cartier, Gucci. Tom Ford, Dior and more. It’s a huge selection on designer glasses. Being they don’t take insurance they still gave me a discount to compensate. I have never had a problem with the owner he’s very personal and helpful to me. I have bought glasses from other stores and has corrected any defects without a problem. i can see if he was agitated with another store that got the sale on a pair of glasses but couldn’t service them and expect him to correct their glasses. i’ve gone to him over 10 years and I love it. Also he takes FSA.

They were so knowledgeable and friendly in helping me customize my lenses and picking out exactly what suited me. They treated me right and made me feel welcome. I will definitely buy my next pair from them. You should check them out too.They have everything and will take care of you.
- RPRafael PaganMay 31, 20251.0I apparently made a mistake by recommending this place to a few clients to see if they had any spare parts, which optical centers typically do. After one particular client stopped by and asked if they could fix her nose piece, the owner of the business, Tom Renfrow, completely went off on her. He stormed out of his store and came to my location to speak to us in a raised and confrontational tone in front of other customers on the sales floor. The client later came back to our store flustered, saying she felt deeply disrespected by the experience. This location and Tom have been in the mall a very long time so I assume most of this behavior goes unchecked and most loyal clients may tolerate it. I still think it's important for others to know who they may be dealing with.

You would expect people who work in retail to be kind or at the least cordial to their customers but when I was greeted at this store it was by a man who clearly has no common decency towards others or even his own customers. Will NOT be going back.

And by the look in the comments this happens a lot. Owner should be ashamed of himself. You should hire someone to talk to your customers and you should stay in the back and repair glasses. You are not a people person. Service was so bad this is my first ever review of a business. -5 stars.
