He was scrolling on his phone leaning on the counter when we got there. Told us he had 4 other people in front of us, yet the store was empty. He said they were a half hour behind but we could wait. We said we would wait. He got flustered and told us he didn't think they could get us seen by 7 and they closed at 7. You could tell he was done for the day and didn't want us there. Don't waste your time on this place if you need a late in the day appointment. We will definitely not be back.

We came in the evening, and Tommy helped us. He went above and beyond and made sure that she got glasses the same day, even though we came so late. Tommy provided some of the best customer service that we’ve had in a long time, as he was very friendly and extremely helpful. We would highly recommend this business to anyone looking to get glasses or contacts and will be back with our other daughter soon.
