  Super kind staff. I really like how the doctor consistently asked me if I was okay and made sure I wasn’t in any pain. For what it’s worth an overall good experience. -Thank you

  I had a horrible experience at Glenbrook Family Dentistry...I had chipped a front tooth and I needed medical attention as soon as possible (it hurt and I looked terrible). When I called to make an appointment (I was a patient there), I told them my situation and I needed in ASAP!!! They could not get me in for a week!!! I went in after a week of being in pain and being embarrassed and when I showed up for my appointment the Dr. said yes, you need it bonded we will set that up for next week because we close early on Fridays and I don't have time to do it now! I proceeded to tell her that I took off work for this appointment and that I was in pain and that I assumed they were going to fix it now during my appointment time. I had already waited a week! I asked her why did they make my appointment on a Friday at 10:30 if they didn't have time to do my dental work??? The Dr. wanted to blame her scheduling staff and she didn't want to take responsibility. She also wondered why I was so angry!?!? She was not willing to stay later and fix my tooth and she wanted me to wait over the weekend and come in not on Monday, but on Tuesday! I told her I would be getting another Dentist! I wouldn't take my dog in to see her!
