I have waited an hour and a half before my visits, and they have not been thorough at all. I had a relatively serious injury and the doctor did not even have me take my brace off, let alone offer X-rays or any kind of physical examination. Gave me some minor pain meds and pushed me into PT. So I went to my primary care doctor for an X-ray and a second opinion, and it really was a deeper issue all along. Still going to PT. Physical therapist is nice and thorough, but overall the Doctor at the Fishers location has not been thorough or even very welcoming. I have witnessed the staff arguing loudly in front of me, which was uncomfortable. Just a strange environment. Not the safety and comfort you want from healthcare. Only went because my workman’s comp won’t be approved if I go anywhere else…

The staff member sitting at the window literally turned away from me in her chair and carried on without so much as a glance or hello. Finally the girl from the other side came over and asked how she could help me. I was then told they cut off physicals at 3:30. This should be stated on their website to save people's time. She offered to send me to the other location, across town, who also closed at 5 (this was 4:30ish). I declined and will have to go back as it is mandatory, but was not impressed with the lack of professionalism I experienced this visit.
- DDDee DunnNov 3, 20253.0I went for a simple job physical that only needed basic vitals not a full work up. I got there at 0845 everybody that walked in after me were called back before me. Once I was called they had me do a full eye exam, a full personal physical along with a sobriety test workout that the cops do. I didn’t leave till 10:05, the job asked what took so long I stated they did extra on top of a complete personal exam for this simple vitals ears throat and finger grip work physical then stated yall asked for this. The job never asked them to do any of this extra long physical.

Michelle is so full of life and brings such joy to the room that you can’t help but smile and laugh. She’s thoughtful and Seraphic. I don’t enjoy going to the clinic but this one was a positive experience to remember. Thanks for everything Michelle.
