Northwest Indiana Acupuncture and Massage is the practice of Nicole Nebbeling and Reid Swenson, specializing in therapeutic acupuncture and bodywork. Nicole has practiced Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine since 2015 and has a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, certification in Mei Zen Cosmetic Acupuncture, and extensive training in both Orthopedic Sports Medicine and Neuro Rehabilitation. Reid has practiced Massage Therapy since 2018 and has certification in Thai Massage and extensive training in sports massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release.     My husband has been going here for pain in his forearm, lower back and neck. These issues have significantly improved with less pain and better range of motion. Nicole is knowledgeable and friendly with flexible appointments available. So glad he found her and plans to continue using her services.

    We usually aren't ones to leave reviews but in this case I think it could help many others..... After our family's acupuncturist passed away we found it quite difficult to find someone that was really well versed in the art, after going to quite a few others in and out of state it seemed as though they just weren't very well trained or were more or less chiropractors that took a quick course to be certified in acupuncture. Not to put them down but it usually takes vary in depth training for many years for doctors to really start to know the art of acupuncture. Dr. Nicole is beyond her years and is the absolute best. We are vary fortunate to have her so close to home & for choosing to support & heal our community.

    I've been to Reid quite a few times for massages and he has techniques and variations that have done wonders on my body. If I'm stressed and my body is holding onto the trauma, he has been able to locate the spots and help to release the tightness. Additionally, whether I needed a quiet relaxation session or a therapeutic talk session while I received a massage by him, he has really helped me. I recommend him and I think that anyone would be in good hands with him.
