- NRNanette RutherfordOct 23, 20251.0Took my 93 year old mother for appointment. We were there for 3 hours. Waiting room is packed. People waiting in lobby. Tried to change my mom's address and Receptionist acted annoyed and was very rude. If you need an ophthalmologist, don't go there!!!!!!

I had an appointment with my son during school hours as they were not able to schedule anything after school even though I asked because I don’t like to take my son out of school. I took a day off at work because of this appointment (follow up!) and when we got to the office it turned out my son is not scheduled in their system so they told us to go home basically. Waste of time! Really disappointed. Franciscan network is horrible in general but this is too much.
