For a few years, they would make $170-$180 per visit/per child for 20 minutes each. The doctor would count the teeth and be in the room for less than 5 minutes. After making that much from my insurance, I would get a bill for less than $5. I always paid it, but they couldn’t at least write off that small balance? I mean you just made $170-180 off of one child for less than 20 minutes. The hygienist was great, but making that kind of money is insane!
