This location has gone down hill so quickly it’s pathetic. I scheduled an 8:30 appointment for my yearly biometric screening for my health insurance, and I got a voicemail on my way that simply said (and I was barely able to decipher what was being said)”hi, this message is for Faith” and they hung up. I figured they were calling to confirm my appointment and I was pulling in, so I didn’t call back because I was already there. I so had received confirmation emails and texts about my upcoming appointment in which I confirmed as well. Upon arriving at the desk, the sign said they were closed. I waited and no one was at the desk so I walked around to find someone, and found the woman who had called, and I was told there was no provider and the provider works different hours than what is posted. When asked why then the system let me schedule an appointment, the response was “ I don’t know”. When asked if No one thought to look ahead on a schedule maybe a day or so before like MOST health care facilities and call to reschedule due to it being scheduled outside of their working hours apparently, I was met with, “ I tried, and I left a voicemail”. So apparently 10 minutes ahead of your appointment on the day of is an acceptable time to call
Someone to tell them their appointment that’s been scheduled for weeks, actually can’t even happen because you’re closed! When i told her what her voicemail actually said, she said to me, “ ya, I think it cut me off”… and she didn’t even think to call back!? They wasted my time, were completely unprofessional and clueless, and need to be completely retrained on how to appropriately run a healthcare facility. This location is an absolute joke and the level of professionalism was embarrassing. Do not waste your time here until they make some much needed changes.

In the past we have had mostly good experiences but this morning we took our sick daughter in and no one seemed to want to do their job . They didn’t even want to see her and we basically had to
Make them check her lungs and do a check up. Completely rude on both ends , no regards to anyone . Let’s do our job people. Very rude and unprofessional.

I lost my health insurance. I have significant allergies year round and have had a history of chronic sinusitis. I came to the little clinic the front staff was very very nice. When I went into the back room I begin to describe my history and what was going on. In the middle of me describing my recent symptoms she interrupted me try to ask me the questions on the screen. She was very rude and abrupt. She was not helpful at all. She seemed very reluctant to give me antibiotic and made me question my own knowledge about myself . I understand that people go to the doctor and get antibiotics when not needed. However, this is not me. I wish I did not have chronic sinusitis that must be treated with antibiotics because the antibiotics give me terrible side effects. She failed to give me a good solid clinical judgement so when I went home I did not take the antibiotic. I woke up in the middle of the night with extreme throat pain from post-nasal drip as I told her I was having. So this morning I decided to take the antibiotic.
I really wish that after paying out of pocket she would have taken the time to hear me out, not interrupted me and actually made me feel better about being treated.
