  You know the doctors that just push medicine, don't listen, get frustrated at you, and tell you to just suck it up? That's not this place. Over these months I've been going to treatment, they have really stepped up their game. They've hired a bunch of staff, they are expanding rooms to offer more treatments and better accommodation. They are even doing events outside the facility. They really aren't like other places, in the very best way possible. I've watched in these months how they've treated their patients. They've handled medicine concerns with honesty and understanding. They handled people who are having a hard time with patience, care, and compassion. I've really not encountered a facility like this. Dagny is very down to earth, willing to listen, and willing to work with you to find your best treatment. She also has hired some of the best staff I've seen. People who really understand the struggle, and offer a level of empathy, understanding, and care that's really needed in this field but often rarely found. They offer treatments that aren't found pretty much anywhere in the state other than like Chicago. From TMS, to Spravato, to Ketamine infusions. They make these treatments accessible. It shows me they really want to get help to the people. I'm in Spravato treatment. I spent a year and a half fighting my insurance, trying to find facilities, trying to get my doctor to sign off on this. A lot of hoops. I got an appointment with Dagny and was in treatment weeks later. I didn't have to fight anyone anymore, it was such a relief. The Spravato has been the only medication that has done anything for my mental health, after 26 different meds and 19 years of therapy. So if you're struggling, I would suggest trying this. Be patient with it too, it doesn't always happen as fast as we hope, but any progress is worth it. Also the Spravato room is very relaxing and accommodating. Over all great place, great people, good environment, and they don't make getting help such a difficult thing to acquire.

  We love coming here! The treatments have been AMAZING for my husband and the staff is top notch. We have to bring our one year old sometimes and they don't mind her running and me chasing her. Haha. They even got toys to occupy her. Thank you ladies for all you do ♡ Tim and Amber Hayes
