From the first onboarding visit when they came to assess our needs, they took extra consideration of the needs we had. My mom was only 64 but had Glioblastoma brain cancer. When Home Instead came on board, my mom was mostly bed bound. They worked to find coverage for the shifts we needed, communicated daily, were very responsive, and sent wonderful caregivers. Our caregiver team provided bed baths, feeding, cleaning, changing and support to our family too. Caregivers were prompt, caring, respectful, and easy to work with. When I found Home Instead I had called many other companies in the Fox Valley and even they were suggesting Home Instead. Thank you for helping to care for my mother and our family in her last months.
