  If I could give negative stars I would. This vibes were off from the beginning making you come in or see him every two weeks for months no matter how stable you are on medication. Secretary talking crap to patients on the phone laughing in the background. I’ve worked in healthcare for over 10 years and I’ve never encountered a more unprofessional group of people. Now the doctor himself is in his late 80s and cannot remember half of the things you tell him from visit to visit, he cannot hear either. This man needs to retire. It’s so unsafe. I’m sure people are just going to him to get certain scripts and that’s how he’s staying in business. I will be reporting this to BBB and the state this man and his money grabbing schemes need to be shut down. And seeing all the reviews with similar experiences just go to show how bad this issue really is. Please stay away!!! And read the reviews.. people are not lying or being dramatic it is truly that bad.

  Dr. H.P.Langner (St.Charles, Il.) is the best psychiatrist I have ever had.  He is the only psychiatrist who has listened to me and understood my problems, which were serious depression and anxiety to the point of panic disorders. Since seeing him I have not had an ER emergency due to panic attacks. I understand myself better with his psychotherapy and informed intelligent prescriptions. I would recommend him to anyone who wants help with self-esteem or psychiatric disorders. Thank you Dr. LANGNER!

  By far the worst experience I have ever been in. This Doctor is 85 years old and NEEDS to retire!!! First off, his home is in his office. I was told to park across the street in the parking lot there, which is a Real estate company parking lot Secondly, his wife is the receptionist beyond rude, and third, they have a dog right when you walk in now I don’t have a problem with dogs, but when I made the appointment, I was never asked if that was okay… what if I was scared or allergic? I already see a therapist, but I thought I would try and see a psychiatrist to better myself. This man yelled at me, swore at me, told me very uncomfortable things was poking at my childhood history, and when I would correct him or tell him he was wrong, he would ignore me. By far the worst experience in my life. I never in my life left reviews, but when I finally got back into my car, I could not stop crying. This man honestly should have his doctor's license polled from him. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy!!! Please save yourself; do not go here!!! And they also overcharged; it was ridiculous!
