    This place will not check fax for updated prescriptions,they lie,have to call over and over just to get simple medical supplies

    Instructions at door say sign in and wait yo be called. Empty waiting room. And four employees all looking at their cell phones. No greeting. No thank you. No business I want to support.

    Doesn't know anything why their even available is beyond me , told my wife it'd be 4.5 weeks for a breathing machine and here we sit almost 5 months later , and now their tune has changed to oh you need to contact the springfield office, which is followed up with more I don't knows...... I'm going to post the video of the people in this office lying to us on the phone about the wait of my wifes important sleep machine if this isn't resolved in a timely fashion and I'm going to take it up further in the chain the customer service people who we keep talking to on the phone who refuse to put a supervisor on the phone.....

    Trying to get a certain medical supply ordered but this company would not work w/me or my insurance. The more I tried to help, the more impatient and rude the rep became with me. Will be taking my business elsewhere!

    Very rude and condescending when I turned in my prescription for a cpap more than two years ago. Just as rude when I went to pick up my cpap. And more than two years later just as horrible to deal with today. As poor as I am I would rather buy my cpap needs (tube and mask) online at full price then deal with them again.
