Tried to put account on hold a NUMBER of times, continued to get charged even after verbal / telephonic confirmation. Went through proper online channels to end membership. Received txt msgs that it was approved but "needed more info" - tried to call w/o call back a number of times. Charged for 3-4 additional months. Terrible. Can find plenty of alternatives that don't make it a pain. Clear sign of a big franchise who only wants $.
