  I was pleased with the car I received from Brightstar. I had three different caregivers for a week. They were all very nice and helpful. I'm sure they were doing things they hadn't done before and they came through for me. I also had one nurse come for four times and she was very nice, professional and thorough. I appreciate everything they did for me.

  I have had only positive experiences with BrightStar Care. The nurses and aides have been, almost 100%, excellent in professionalism and care in our dealings with them. As with life, there may be some personality differences, but the problems were resolved immediately. I would recommend BrightStar to anyone looking for caretakers for their loved ones!

  This company went above and beyond for my father. Pakita Baldwin his CNA that was there anytime we needed her, she did everything he asked her to do, she rearranged her schedule just to fit his needs, and treated him just as if she was family. Ursula Uracs RN care manager, was so helpful insuring he was cared for and comfortable and stepped in when I had to work late on his birthday and brought him dinner and a cupcake with a candle. Erica Carlson who counseled us and was amazing with his changing moods and ideas. Our family could not have taken care of him at home with out you these last 6 months. Thank you!!!!

  Thank you BrightStar! The employees at BrightStar have been so caring for my mother. The girls are wonderful and my mother is in great hands. I know this because she tells me so. I'm so glad we found BrightStar and will definitely recommend it to anyone that needs it. Happy Holidays!!!!
