- LMlarry moleski6 days ago5.0I have been a patient at Valley View Dental, for many years. As always, the staff at Valley View, Romeoville is very friendly and professional. They are always willing to work with the patients and provide for their needs. I have had Aetna insurance for many years. I just recently switched over to Humana. Sadly, I found out that Valley View did not accept Humana insurance and would be forced to change providers. After a few discussions with Anson, the location manager, he was able to convince management to now accept Humana. Needless to say, I was very pleased with this outcome. Anson made me feel like he truly cared about my situation and listened to every word I said and took the initiative to make the change. I will be A Valley View customer FOREVER!! Thank you, Larry

Got a whitening but only two rounds were done. The staff was more focus on leaving on time than ensuring my 60 minutes (3-20 minutes sessions) was complete. I will be calling giving feedback to management on Friday.

Told Southern woman upfront and on phone, I only wanted a cleaning and she noted on the phone I was due for other services. Was specific and told her I have Insurance which includes 2 cleanings per year. I only wanted that now as close to Xmas. She said ok. I get there and she starts explaining all services on my plan today. I told her I spoke to you on the phone and explained all that. She said oh well just explain to my hygienist. Very unprofessional and rude. I wont go back there again. In fact I got same day appt somewhere else. Think twice about going here.

Ron is absolutely amazing—my daughter always asks to make sure that Ron and Dr. Parikh are the ones taking care of her. Even though we just started, we’re already seeing great results. We’re always treated with respect, and the entire staff is extremely kind, professional, and welcoming.
