Tracy the optometrist/ ophthalmologist assistant was very very awesome- Dr Palmer very awesome- the staff seemed so much more friendly than 2 years ago. The reception very kind as well. GREAT EXPERIENCE

Was told that VSP doesn't cover non routine visits and that my medical would be charged. But these were routine visits. She has had the same exams in the past without issue. Lens Crafters doesn’t have a fax machine that works so I drove my records over and asked for an appointment. I have astigmatism, double vision and my eye sight is getting progressively worse. I’m not even 40 years old. I just want to see an eye doctor. They refused to schedule me. I’m insured. I have money to pay up front if that’s the problem. Really disappointed.
