Then go today for his surgery to get his teeth removed, after receiving 3 text messages confirming his appointment. Drove 1.5 hrs to be told, OH, we dont have an oral surgeon!!!! They said they called me on the 27th to cancel, but NOPE! THEY DID NOT!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!! I kept getting told there was a family emergency! For 3 months!!! Whoever that dr CJ was that was so wonderful, I want to know where he went! They need to be shut down!!!

If it’s lunch time, they shouldn’t schedule appointments and make patients come for nothing.Later, they said the next available appointment would be in July. I told them I can’t wait that long and to call me if something opens sooner. Today they called at 9:18 AM and said a 10:00 AM spot was available. I asked to switch it to my 6-year-old daughter because she’s in pain. They agreed. I arrived at 9:54 and waited until 10:30, then they told me the appointment was canceled due to being too busy.This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this with them. They are disorganized, unprofessional, and show no concern or compassion for patients.

Was in to get my braces put on today, Jenny and Alondra assisted with putting them on, they both were so gentle and kind and walked me through every step. I am very greatful for them and all of their help! I have been hesitant with getting my braces for some time now and they have all encouraged me to do it and I’m so happy that I finally did. I can’t wait to see my new smile 😃 Thank you to everyone at All Family Dental and Braces for making me feel so comfortable. Would highly recommend them for all of your dental needs!
