  FYI - This location almost burned down in January 2023, so any reviews posted after that date are either not specific to this location (because it's been closed until reopening in June 2024) or are political astroturfing. This location is about the same as any other location: staff does their job and with compassion and relative speed (especially considering the burnout in medical professionals post-pandemic). I've been to half a dozen PP locations across the country and the Peoria location is same as any other. Corporate phone times are abysmal, but that speaks more to a lack of funding at the organizational level than whether the Peoria branch functions as a medical practice, which it does and quite well. Keep doing good work and fighting the good fight!

  Wish the one in Pekin would open back up. I’ve only been to this location once and have tried to schedule an appointment with them because I’m having issues and the dates are like 2 to 3 weeks out. U can’t get in direct contact with the office (or any Planned Parenthood office) to reschedule or even be seen same day. I’ve been having some issues and really needed to be seen on the day I made my appointment and they cancelled it the day before. I planned for that appt. Now I have to find somewhere else to go.
