Now roughly 6 months later I start getting more bills in. What's worse is i can't even get through to their billing department to see what's going on. I keep getting a message saying they're unavailable. So not only did they humiliate me, they've also seemed to go back on their resolution.

They were the ones who did the biopsy on his first two spots and has stage 3b melanoma diagnosed and is being treated by ICC. The dermatologist told us to come back in 3 to 4 months instead. We went to Springfield Clinic Dermatology and they were more very thorough. More thorough with the body checks than Core had ever been. The dermatologist took us seriously and even found a spot we hadn't noticed. Took 4 biopsies same appointment. We are very happy with Springfield Clinic Dermatology. We are continuing there and have cancelled our next appointment with Core. Do Not Recommend Core. They used to be good. I think they focus too much on the cosmetic side now because that's the big money maker for them.
