Have been coming to them for a long time. My only complaint is that I’m always being charged for everything. I pay for the work that is being done to the kids and a couple weeks later I’m being billed for something else. It’s ridiculous. I’m not coming back any more. Go somewhere else parents!!

I’m extremely disappointed with our experience at this pediatric dentist’s office. I brought my 4.5-year-old in, expecting staff who are trained and experienced in working with young children. It was my son's first time at this office, and I warned them that he might be a little scared if things weren’t explained properly.
The fact that they didn’t allow me to accompany him, even after I had explained this, made me skeptical—but I chose to trust them. Just five minutes later, one of the staff members (I assume a dental assistant, though if she was a dentist, she seriously lacked professionalism) came to get me, saying she “needed help with my son.”
When I walked in, my son was alone and in tears—crying so hard that he couldn’t calm down. I asked what had happened, and her responses were cold and dismissive, as if he were a teenager instead of a scared young child. Every child is different, especially when it comes to fear and anxiety around medical procedures.
I asked if they could start with a regular toothbrush instead of the dental tools, and she abruptly said, “No, we don’t do that here. We’re a dentist office—we don’t use regular toothbrushes for cleanings.” That response upset me even more. She clearly made no effort to de-escalate the situation or make my child feel safe.
This is supposed to be a pediatric practice, but nothing about that visit felt child-friendly. The lack of empathy and professionalism from that staff member was unacceptable. Thankfully, the rest of the staff was somewhat better—but by then, the damage was already done. My son left feeling scared and confused, and I left feeling frustrated and upset.
On a more positive note, my daughter did great—but again, every child is different.
That particular staff member seemed unprepared and lacked the patience and techniques necessary for handling a nervous child. Rather than trying to help him feel comfortable, her approach felt rushed and dismissive, which only made things worse.
I left feeling disappointed and let down—this is not the level of care I expect from a pediatric dental office.
If your child needs a calm, understanding environment with professionals who truly know how to work with young kids, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
